Open Studio Promotion

We need to gather a list of artists interested in committing to the Open Studio option as soon as we are open to the public. The Open Studio It is our cheapest art studio rental and I think it has the potential to be the most personally rewarding option. Think about sharing large open spaces with other local talented artists and visiting artists who may be teaching a workshop or are part of our artist in residence program. You, as an artist, have so much more to gain by being "out there" working in the open. Anyway, enough of my opinions...

Here's the deal: We are running a pre-lease promotion for Columbia, MO artists. If you sign up by March 31st for the $99/mo - Open Studio Membership, you get 50%* off your 1st months rent AND a free locker rental for life to keep your supplies on-site for as long as you continually** rent space at The Warehouse Studios. What a steal! Hurry, this offer won't last long! If you are ready to commit, post a response here in the forum. All I need is a basic comment like, "Hey, I'm interested..." or "Sign me up!" Feel free to keep your contact info out of the forum (for your privacy), your username will suffice (as long as you provided a legit email address when you registered your user name) for me to contact you.

*50% off 1st month deal applies to Open Studio memberships only. To be eligible for the 50% off your 1st month's rent promotion, open studio members are required to put remaining amount ($49.50) down as a deposit by 2/29/08 and sign a 3 month commitment to an open studio membership. After your 3 month commitment, no additional contract will be required. Open studio memberships will be on a month to month basis.

**Free locker for life promotion is only available to members who sign up by 2/29/08 for open studio memberships and pay 100% of open studio membership fees on time every month, continuously. If you decide to take a break from paying for your membership, you will lose the free locker for life asset.
